Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Customer Support Officer to join our team at American Family Insurance Group in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a full-time position at an entry-level seniority, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers regarding insurance policies, claims, and general inquiries - Assisting customers with policy updates, payments, and other related tasks - Resolving customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on insurance products and services - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
