Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Support Officer to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. As a member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Process customer orders and returns - Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Conduct research on customer trends and preferences - Prepare reports and analyze data to improve customer service processes - Assist with training new customer support representatives


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or related field - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related role - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong research and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English and German (additional languages a plus)
