Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Visteon, a global leader in automotive technology, is seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Support Officer to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As an Associate level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and efficient customer support via various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and friendly manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall service delivery - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with the implementation of customer support initiatives and processes to enhance the overall customer experience - Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for internal and external stakeholders - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field - Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in the technology or automotive industry - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively - Excellent communication and persuasion skills to interact with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
