Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Officer to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from home in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level employee, we expect you to have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assisting customers with account inquiries, transaction issues, and general banking questions - Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to provide seamless customer service - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strong teamwork and people management skills - Experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
