Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description: SpartanNash is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from home in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role. The ideal candidate will be confident, hardworking, and possess excellent planning and time management skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and live chat - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and orders - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges following company policies and procedures - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex customer issues and provide solutions - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to better assist customers - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets set by the company


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
