Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Dollar General in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions or issues with our products or services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Provide accurate information about products and services - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update account information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Uphold company policies and procedures - Meet customer service targets and goals - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and problem solve - Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
