Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


DuPont, a global leader in the science and innovation industry, is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Identify trends in customer feedback and proactively address customer concerns - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Fluent in English and German
