Job Description:
Kinder Morgan is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud on a full-time, work-from-home basis. As a vital member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and patience. 3. Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 4. Processing orders and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery. 5. Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 7. Identifying trends in customer inquiries and providing feedback to management for process improvements. 8. Meeting and exceeding performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Motivated and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
