Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Autoliv is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat communications. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to assist with inquiries and provide support - Research and resolve customer issues and complaints - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products and services

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Excellent time management and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
