UnitedHealth Group is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Associate in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is looking to grow in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about UnitedHealth Group's products and services - Assist customers with online account management and troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide top-notch service to customers
