Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team at Swatch Group in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for motivated and adaptable individuals who possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through live chat support - Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions - Collect and analyze data to improve customer service processes - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
