Plains GP Holdings is seeking a passionate and reliable Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Entry Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner through live chat - Building rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating when necessary - Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent communication and support - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
