Job Description:
Level 3 Communications is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. As the Online Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of account support specialists who provide assistance to our online customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of online account support specialists. 2. Monitor and analyze online customer activity to identify trends and areas for improvement. 3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer experience. 4. Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 5. Provide training and support to team members to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with key online customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. 7. Track and report on key performance indicators related to online account support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in online account support or similar role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent planning and problem-solving skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. 7. Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
