Job Description - Online Account Support Manager


Job Description:


Estee Lauder, a prestigious beauty and cosmetics company, is seeking a talented and experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. This full-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of relevant experience in account management.


Responsibilities: - Manage and support online accounts for Estee Lauder, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and grow market share. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute digital marketing campaigns and promotions. - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth. - Provide exceptional customer service and support to online retailers and partners. - Train and educate online account teams on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product launches and restocks. - Handle any escalated customer issues or disputes in a professional and timely manner. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in online account management within the beauty or retail industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. - Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs. - Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Fluency in English and German.
