Job Description - Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:


Swisscom, a leading telecommunications company in Switzerland, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Account Support Representative in Lausanne, Vaud. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to kick-start their career in the customer support industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support via online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Assist customers with account-related inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating the company's online platform. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Proactively identify and escalate any trends or recurring issues to the appropriate department. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. No prior experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Hardworking and dedicated attitude towards customer satisfaction. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
