Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Call Center Manager to join our team at SGS SA in Basel, Switzerland. As an Associate Level Online Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online call center to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the online call center operations - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement - Train, mentor, and motivate call center staff to deliver exceptional customer service - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the online call center operations - Create and present reports on call center performance and recommend action plans for improvement


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong teamwork and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of successfully managing a call center team - Experience with online call center technologies and systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
