Job Description - Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


Quest Diagnostics, a leading provider of diagnostic information services, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This full-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers to provide support and resolve any issues - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Gather and document customer information and feedback for analysis and improvement - Assist with scheduling appointments and managing customer accounts - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Identify opportunities for upselling products and services to customers - Provide accurate information about Quest Diagnostics services and processes - Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic in a fast-paced environment


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure - Problem-solving mindset and ability to think creatively to resolve issues - Persuasive communication skills to effectively engage with customers - Experience in customer service or call center operations preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
