Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Zimmer Biomet Holdings is seeking an Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages from customers 2. Providing information about products and services 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Assisting with online order processing and tracking 7. Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role 2. Independent and dedicated personality traits 3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and software 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 7. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
