Online Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and resilient Online Chat Support Representative to join our team at Danaher in Zurich, Switzerland. As an Associate level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and customer experience - Meet and exceed customer service expectations and metrics

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively - Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task effectively - Knowledge of CRM systems and online chat platforms - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
