Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

HollyFrontier is seeking a reliable and energetic Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate information about products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers. 6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in online chat support or a related customer service role. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively. 5. Reliable and energetic personality traits.
