Job Description:
CBRE Group, a global real estate services and investment firm, is seeking a full-time Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. This is an entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in a related field.
Responsibilities: - Assist in managing and maintaining online client relationships through various communication channels - Monitor and respond to client inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns - Assist in developing and implementing online client engagement strategies - Provide support for online events, webinars, and other client-facing initiatives - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information in the company database - Assist in analyzing and reporting on client engagement and satisfaction metrics
Requirements: - Reliable and confident with strong communication skills - Able to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in strategic planning and problem-solving - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred - Experience in client relations, customer service, or digital marketing is a plus
