Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

As an Online Client Relations Manager at Consolidated Edison, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients in an online setting. Your primary focus will be on building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through various online platforms. You will work closely with our team to ensure that client needs are met and that any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance online client relationships - Communicate with clients via email, chat, and social media platforms - Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities - Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and feedback - Monitor and analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to the online client experience - Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and escalations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations - Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in online client relations or a similar role - Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for building relationships - Strong critical thinking and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms - Experience with CRM software is a plus
