Job Description:
As an Online Client Support Associate at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with booking, reservations, and any inquiries they may have.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Assist clients with booking accommodations, making reservations, and providing information about hotel amenities and services. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience for our clients. - Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues. - Conduct research on client preferences and feedback to proactively improve our services and enhance the overall client experience. - Utilize creativity to develop innovative solutions to personalized client needs and preferences.
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles, preferably in the hospitality industry. - Energetic and adaptable personality with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong research skills to gather and analyze information to better understand client needs and preferences. - Creativity to develop unique and personalized solutions for clients. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in using online tools and platforms for client support. - A passion for providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
