Job Description - Online Client Support Associate

Office Depot is seeking a reliable and passionate Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist clients with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. 3. Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback to ensure a positive client experience. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client inquiries. 5. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the online support process. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 7. Manage client relationships and provide personalized support to key accounts.


Requirements: 1. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction. 3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online communication tools. 5. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online customer service best practices. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 7. Previous experience in client support or customer service roles.
