We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Online Client Support Officer to join our team at CenterPoint Energy in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Identify and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution for clients. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting CenterPoint Energy’s products and services to clients. 6. Continuously assess and improve online customer support processes for efficiency and effectiveness. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements: 1. Strong passion for delivering top-notch customer service and support. 2. Confidence in handling various client inquiries and concerns. 3. Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients. 4. Proven problem-solving abilities to resolve issues promptly. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field is preferred. 7. Proficiency in using online communication tools and software. 8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
