Online Contact Center Associate

As an Online Contact Center Associate at Visteon in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service via various online platforms. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with product inquiries, technical support, and account management.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through email, chat, and social media platforms - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Assist customers with account management tasks, including updating information and processing orders - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and resourceful mindset to solve customer problems efficiently - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluent in English and any other language is a plus
