Job Description - Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


HollyFrontier is seeking a reliable and confident Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team at our office in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Process online orders and ensure accurate fulfillment and delivery - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status - Maintain customer accounts and update order history - Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support online promotions and campaigns - Monitor online reviews and feedback, and address any customer concerns - Continuously seek ways to improve the online customer experience


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and online communication tools - High level of cooperation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred) - Fluency in English and French (additional languages a plus)
