Job Description:
Universal Health Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Officer in our Zurich office. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals looking to start a career in customer service in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Manage customer accounts, process orders, and handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally. 3. Provide accurate information regarding our products and services to customers. 4.
