Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Sulzer Ltd is seeking a dedicated and confident Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media. - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. - Provide product and service information to customers and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the online customer experience and drive customer loyalty. - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships. - Assist in the development and implementation of online customer success strategies and initiatives.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in online customer service or customer success roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Leadership abilities to guide and support customers throughout their journey. - Proficiency in using CRM software and online communication tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
