Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Textron is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer success or related roles, you will play a key role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key online customers to understand their needs and business objectives. - Proactively engage with customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of our online products and services. - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Create and deliver regular reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders on customer success metrics and outcomes.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven track record of successfully managing online customer relationships and driving customer success. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. - Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - High emotional intelligence and strong cooperation skills.
