Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Online Customer Success Manager to join our team at CMS Energy in Zurich, CH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer success management, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our online customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for online customers, addressing their inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide training and support to customers on how to effectively use our products and services - Proactively monitor customer accounts to prevent potential issues and address any escalations effectively - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of customer success initiatives
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of at least 6 years in customer success management, preferably in an online environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Independent and energetic personality traits - Negotiation and leadership soft skills - Knowledge of CRM software and online analytics tools
