Job Description - Online Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking an energetic and confident Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Rieter Holding AG in Zurich, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer support role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order processing, product inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. 4. Keep accurate records of interactions with customers and provide feedback to improve our services. 5. Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotions to increase customer engagement and loyalty. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and efficient support to customers. 7. Work closely with the Customer Support Manager to continuously improve processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. 4 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in an online environment. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Creativity to find innovative solutions to customer issues. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and customer support software. 8. Fluency in English and German.
