Online Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Online Live Chat Officer to join our team at Ross Stores in Basel, Switzerland. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online live chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping details, and returns - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and achieve targets - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or online sales - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong problem-solving and project management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms - Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
