Job Description - Online Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:


As an Online Live Chat Specialist at Hartford Financial Services Group in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with clients visiting our website. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide information about insurance products, answer questions, and assist with policy inquiries - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions - Use effective communication skills to clearly and concisely convey information to customers - Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to appropriate team members for resolution - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances - Adaptable to new technologies and software - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
