Job Description:
General Mills is seeking a confident and reliable Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to think critically under pressure.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online web chat to assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product information - Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner - Proactively seek ways to improve the online chat experience for customers - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience as a customer service representative, preferably in an online chat environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Knowledge of CRM systems and online chat platforms - Confidence in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred
