Job Description - Remote Support Manager


Job Description:


We are looking for a highly experienced Remote Support Manager to join our team at Aflac in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a Remote Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote support specialists who provide technical assistance to our customers. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers receive prompt and effective support to resolve their technical issues.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote support specialists, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure quality support is being delivered - Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline support operations and improve efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer support experience - Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within the team - Handle escalated support issues and ensure timely resolution - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote support management


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a remote support role - Proven experience managing a team of remote support specialists - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
