Job Description - Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Core-Mark Holding is seeking a Support Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, with the flexibility to work from home. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our support team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and to the highest standard.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of support agents, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency. 3. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and implement solutions. 4. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the support team. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries are handled with care and professionalism. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support processes.


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Reliable and independent with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting. - Strong cooperation and critical thinking skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
