Job Description:
As a Support Representative working from home at Land O’Lakes, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This role requires someone who is resilient and motivated, with excellent analysis skills and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and empathize with customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and timely manner. 2. Troubleshoot customer issues, providing solutions or escalating to the appropriate department as needed. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Proactively identify ways to improve the customer support process and enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to share best practices and foster a global village mentality.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software. 4. High school diploma or equivalent. 5. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role. 6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment. 7. Must be located in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland.
