Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is looking for a motivated and independent Support Representative to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Implement creative solutions to improve customer experience - Demonstrate emotional intelligence in handling escalated customer concerns - Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response times - Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Proven experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven to succeed and exceed goals - Creativity in finding solutions to complex problems - High emotional intelligence in dealing with difficult situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
