Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team at VF in Geneva, Switzerland. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal and external customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary. 3. Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems. 4. Document and track support tickets and resolutions. 5. Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and customer experience. 6. Train customers on how to use our products effectively. 7. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and best practices.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in a technical support role. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Confidence and reliability in handling customer inquiries. 6. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. 7. Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
