Job Description:

Casey’s General Stores is seeking a motivated and resourceful Web Chat Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues effectively - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Ability to make quick and effective decisions - Excellent time management skills - Experience using web chat platforms is a plus
