Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Specialist at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, you will be responsible for providing customer support through online chat platforms. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, providing information about insurance products, assisting with account maintenance, and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise.
