For our client, a globally active and listed biotechnology and pharmaceutical group, we are looking for a

SAP Functional Consulting Services SCM, MAN, QM

The start date is 01.July 2024. This is a full-time position with a duration until 30.09.2025 and 100% remote.

• Solution design and reviews for ongoing NTO (Novartis Technical Operations) related projects defined under Service Description and Deliverables. Follow-up on the closure of observations
• Preparation and governance of large enhancements implementation
• CAB Preparation and Management for NTO areas by ensuring the proposed solutions and effort estimation are correct and following the xNovaCore solutions, analyze whether requested enhancement has value for Novartis · Hands-on work on the assigned projects and enhancements according to Novartis defines processes.
• Standards Governance; review requirements, processes, and solution design in terms of CORE standards by functional experts and project team members.
• Support Stability Board and ensure SOX and NFCM compliancy of delivered solutions
• Analysis of demand, communication to business and NVS vendors who will implement solution.
• Provide feedbacks and alignment with Service delivery team on the Feasibility topics, Preparation activities for any new Demands

• Degree in business administration, business informatics or computer science
• At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in SAP implementation
• Business management experience in delivering services to ERP COE Solution Design team
• Sound knowledge of the SAP functions for SCM, QM etc
• Sub-project management or project management experience
• Fluent written and spoken English
