Senior Key Account Manager Diagnostics (EMEA) (m/f/d) unisite ag is a service provider in the field of Employer Branding & Talent Management. We provide consulting services to clients in the chemistry, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and life sciences industries. Our client, Pentapharm AG, part of the nutrition cluster of the DSM group, is a Swiss SME with a long-standing tradition as an innovative and reliable supplier of active ingredients for the personal care, pharmaceutical and haemostasis diagnostics industries. On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a: Senior Key Account Manager Diagnostics (EMEA) (m/f/d) Location: Aesch, BL Position Are you a seasoned sales professional with a knack for building strong relationships and driving business growth in the diagnostics sector, particularly in coagulation? We're on the lookout for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Aesch and lead our efforts across EMEA. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead strategic sales initiatives, cultivate key partnerships, and ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction across EMEA markets. Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and maximize market penetration, with a focus on coagulation diagnostics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as their trusted advisor and ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes in the diagnostics industry, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EMEA region, leveraging your industry expertise and network to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and customer support teams, to deliver exceptional value to our customers and drive overall business success
Qualification & Competences
  • University degree in biochemistry, chemical engineering, or biology
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the in-vitro diagnostics industry, with a strong background in coagulation diagnostics preferred
  • In-depth understanding of the EMEA diagnostics market, including key players, market trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with key accounts, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Fluency in English is required and proficiency in German. Additional languages spoken within the EMEA region is a plus
