Job Description - ServiceDesk Engineer / Ingenieur

Your Impact:


• Take charge of analyzing and resolving service disruptions, inquiries, and customer needs for our esteemed contract clientele.
• Collaborate closely to ensure the seamless operation of our ServiceDesk, providing critical support to our clients.
• Nurture and innovate our clients' IT infrastructure and cloud services, ensuring they're primed for future success.
• Assume the role of a dedicated Service Manager for select clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks on customer systems, maintaining peak performance.
• Vigilantly monitor systems and services to proactively address any potential issues.
• Share your wealth of experience to drive knowledge transfer and refine our processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive inventory, documentation, and user manuals to streamline operations.



What Sets You Apart:


• Hold a completed apprenticeship in IT, specializing in support/systems engineering.
• Boast a rich background in Servicedesk or operations settings, demonstrating your mastery in service delivery.
• Proficiency in a wide array of Windows products, including but not limited to Win 10-11, Office 365, and Server 2016-2022.
• Deep understanding of critical server base services such as AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.
• Bonus points for your expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure IaaS.
• Exhibit a strong dedication to customer satisfaction, paired with excellent teamwork skills and adaptability.
• Fluent in German, with proficient English communication skills to match.
