Team for Career Site Finance In short We are seeking an experienced Specialist - Project Manager with profound IT knowledge and the versatility to assume various roles, during initiation, discovery, and execution of cross-functional projects. Based in our Zurich office, you will play a pivotal role within our dynamic team, collaborating closely with technology teams to drive project execution excellence. This role demands proficiency in Agile Project Management, particularly with a background in system implementation and change management. Your mission - Manage a portfolio of cross-functional process and system-focused projects through initiation, discovery, execution, deployment, and global roll-out phases. - Serve as a specialist Project Manager in system transformation and process optimization initiatives. - Actively contribute to our Operational Excellence targets and future company growth objectives. - Ensure organizational scalability through streamlined system and process landscapes. - Provide active leadership and coaching to project team members in agile project management methodologies. Your story - Demonstrated passion and over 5 years of practical project management experience, particularly in mid-sized process and/or system transformation projects. - Proficiency in Project Management tools and their application. - Willingness to take on various roles such as project manager, project coordinator, or workstream lead as required. - Ability to take ownership of up to 3 projects simultaneously, spanning different stages, and adapt to evolving environments and methodologies. - Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication skills, including experience communicating with leadership team members. - Business proficiency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
