Job Description - Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and energetic Support Officer to join our team at Sonova Holding AG. This is a full-time remote position based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective support to our team members and clients.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements. - Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive working environment. - Utilize problem-solving skills to address issues and improve efficiency within the team. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar support role. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proven track record of reliability and a proactive approach to tasks. - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards work. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
