Job Description:
Deere is seeking a motivated and driven Support Representative to join our team in a remote work position based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess excellent time management and people management skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Contribute to the team's knowledge base by sharing insights and best practices
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support or similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience using CRM software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
