As part of the Swiss FRA Operations team, you provide quality services to ADACAP International, securing company assets by applying tight controls in the financial transactions. This role supports the Intercompany processes (invoicing, payments, reconciliations) as well as ensuring accurate financial information and timely and effective reporting of balances.

About the Role

Your responsibilities:

• Execute intercompany invoicing for products and services, and support 3rd party invoicing based on needs
• Monitor intercompany balances and pro-actively follow up on unusual developments and aged items with countries
• Support intercompany reconciliations process with the aim to contribute to a smooth financial closing process. Investigate differences in intercompany balances and coordinate with countries to resolve them.
• Prepare monthly sales volumes reporting by product
• Collaborate closely with ADACAP logistics and customer service teams (mainly in Italy, Spain, USA)
• Cultivate the Novartis culture by being a role model within the Team.
• Support ERP (D365) projects related to the automation of the invoicing process, the implementation of new financial flows, and the set-up of new foreign VAT registrations

Minimum requirements

• University degree in Finance and/or Accounting

• 3-4 years working experience in Finance, preferably accounting in a multi-national company

• Experience with MS Dynamics D365

• Pro-active and self-driven with hands-on approach

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
