Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Assurant is seeking a dynamic and motivated Web Chat Assistant to join our team in a remote work setting. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues - Utilize available resources to effectively troubleshoot customer inquiries - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role - Energetic and motivated personality - Strong innovation and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in multitasking and problem-solving - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable working in a remote setting with minimal supervision
